Work Better deployed its signature Result Focused Learning Approach to meet the client’s organisational objective.
01Need-gap analysis was conducted based on the Result Focused Diagnostic Study with the client’s L&D and top management team, and a sample set of prospective participants.
02A set of bespoke Result Focused Active Learning Workshops, covering self-development as a leader and managing & developing a team, were piloted in batches over a period of 45-60 days.
03Work Better facilitators, with the help of the client’s L&D team, led highly specialized Result Focused Learning Implementation Plans over a period of 3 months to increase retention & application of the learnings from the training initiative.
At the end of the project, 63% of the participants were promoted to the next level of hierarchy on the basis of a visible improvement seen in their behavioural pattern as per the facilitators’ and internal stakeholder’s evaluation.
The end of the intervention also saw a marked increase in productivity in the teams managed by these leaders.
