Responsibilities

Work closely with the internal stakeholders to gain an
understanding of the hiring needs and expectations with
respect to sales profiles.
 Evaluating company products and services towards creating an
accurate salesperson profile.
 Source potential sales candidates from various job portals i.e.
(Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Networking etc.)
 Develop and release job postings on various platforms and job
boards.
 Do a thorough screening via telephonic interviews and evaluate
the effectiveness of the candidate’s profile.
 Shortlist candidates based on criteria of high performance in
sales.
 Maintaining a database of candidate records, including active
and passive prospects.
 Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders for
interviews.
 Maintaining strong relationship with the candidates during the
interview process.
 Executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality
candidates.
 Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of sales recruitment
    experience (In-house recruiter
    or Staffing agency)
Skills

 Strong interviewing skills.
 Excellent in coordination and follow-ups.
 Proficient in hiring sales professionals across levels
which includes executive to leadership level hiring
 Should be highly target driven with an ability to close
positions basis deadline.
 Strong command over written and spoken English.
 Should have strong decision making skills.
 Ability to work in a fast paced, scale-up environment.
