(Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
 Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates and shortlist
them for technical round of interview.
 Maintaining the candidate database.
 Provide the schedule of shortlisted candidates to the hiring
 Responsible for scheduling and coordinating with internal
stakeholders for interviews.
 Should have effective interviewing skills and should be
excellent in coordination and follow-ups.
 Will work in close coordination with the HR Manager and the
internal team.
 To achieve the targets assigned within agreed quality and

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 – 3 years of relevant experience into
    hardcore recruitment.

 An impeccable command over written and spoken
 Minimum 2 years’ experience into Core Recruitment.
 Ability to source profiles through Job Portals (Naukri,
LinkedIn, etc.)
 Should be a self-starter, proactive and target oriented
 Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to
multitask, identify issues and prioritize deadlines.

 The desire to learn and constantly engage in self-
development is a must.

 Must possess computer literacy and knowledge of MS
Office (Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
