ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Work with existing clients to increase revenue seeking opportunities by providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to conduct Training Needs Analysis for the client to propose a unique solution.
  3. End-to-end project life cycle ownership by collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Handle client escalations and resolve them by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
  5. Play an integral role in creating new business proposals to aid Business Development Managers in on-boarding on new and repeat clientele.
  6. Attend client meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss training requirements and close the business.
  7. Schedule internal meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss execution plans for training interventions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify business potential, develop and expand client base in order to achieve MICE sales targets.
  2. Keep abreast of the latest happenings in the MICE business segment.
  3. Map and create a database of target customers based on the understanding of product-market fit.
  4. Establish new business connections through leads generated by self.
  5. Understand clients' needs and requirements and be able to effectively handle their objections by having an innate understanding of the company's product offerings.
  6. Persistent follow-ups with business accounts until closure of sales cycle and take ownership of sales being closed.
  7. Maintain solid relationship with corporate clients, event organizers and planners.

  1. Mainly responsible for new client acquisition, key account management and servicing.
