ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify the project scope, objectives, and effort
  2. Evaluate an ID strategy for design projects
  3. Create course outlines and design documents based on client requirements
  4. Work with SMEs and stakeholders to facilitate approvals and gain alignment on content direction, design and details
  5. Develop content and storyboard for ILT and WBT/eLearning courses based on the design documents
  6. Incorporate multimedia assets that include or is a combination of audio, video, graphics, text functionalities and interactivities
  7. Develop interesting assessment quizzes to test the learning objectives
  8. Demonstrate effective course development, review, and evaluation skills
  9. Should be able to work on WBTs, Gamification, ILTs, and Micro learning (whiteboard & 2D animation)
  10. Should be able to set Instructional Design strategy and review deliverables to meet the quality standards
  11. The Senior Instructional Designer should also provide adequate reasoning to help and mentor / train a group of Instructional Designers
  12. Lead all phases of instructional design and development
  13. Work with the development team and share feedback on all build versions until Gold
  14. See through end-to-end development of a course/project

SKILLS

  1. An impeccable command over written and spoken English
  2. Familiarity with multiple instructional design approaches
  3. Well versed with approaches such as storytelling, conversational, scenario-led, as well as narrative
  4. Have a good eye for UX/UI design and detailing
  5. Excellent attention to detail
  6. Knowledge of various virtual classroom applications, graphic tools and other web authoring software
  7. A key component - an exceptional ability to cultivate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  8. Have the ability to handle objection and problems presented by clients and convert them into solutions
  9. Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, identify issues, and prioritize to deadlines
  10. Be organized and methodical, and must possess the ability to manage high pressure situations
  11. Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree / Post Graduate Degree

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Work with Instructional Designers to confirm course specifications and resolve gaps
  2. Identify scope, timelines, and effort for a course basis content and design strategy
  3. Understand functionalities and interactivities from a learning point of view
  4. Ability to offer solutions to limitations from authoring tools
  5. Utilize authoring tools like Captivate, Storyline 360, Lectora etc. [eLearning Technology] to build eLearning courses and demonstration
  6. Experience working on HTML 5 custom coding (JS and CSS3 and other bug-related software)
  7. Basic graphic design knowledge and the ability to create templates in Photoshop or Illustrator
  8. Understanding of and ability to create responsive versus compatible designs
  9. Create, manage, and deliver engaging e-learning across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles
  10. Utilize technical and creative graphic skills to engage course participants
  11. Integrate adult learning best practices into eLearning courses
  12. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  13. Problem-solving ability to bring a solution to challenges/errors of an LMS
  14. Produce eLearning courses on time and on budget and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy
  15. Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  16. Address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner
  17. Work collaboratively with graphic designers and video producers to create an impactful learning experience
  18. Design and deliver engaging training using various training modalities including, but not limited to: mobile, on-line, video and via other broad reach vehicles using grounded adult learning principles

SKILLS

  1. Have a good eye for UX/UI/graphics and templates
  2. Excellent attention to detail
  3. Experience in HTML 5 custom coding is a must
  4. Experience working on self-authoring tools like Storyline 360, Captivate etc.
  5. Experience in training design experience creating blended learning solutions both instructor-led & self-paced training

  5. Creating layouts and templates with strong typography and appropriate use of colour, images and fonts.
  6. Portfolio with strong Visual Design examples that exemplify ownership in branding and lifestyle

QUALIFICATIONS
