ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Work with existing clients to increase revenue seeking opportunities by providing exceptional customer service.
  2. Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to conduct Video Needs Analysis for the client to propose a unique solution.
  3. End-to-end project life cycle ownership by collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Handle client escalations and resolve them by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
  5. Play an integral role in creating new business proposals to aid Business Development Manager in on-boarding of new and repeat clientele.
  6. Attend client meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss video requirements and close the business.
  7. Schedule internal meetings with relevant stakeholders to discuss execution plans for any video interventions.

SKILLS

  1. Should have excellent customer service skills.
  2. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Ability to multitask.
  4. Should be well-versed with MS Office.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  2. Degree in Marketing is preferable.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Mainly responsible for new client acquisition and key account management.
  2. Have clarity on the sales plan to follow, based on team and organisational targets & goals.
  3. Map and create a database of target customers based on the understanding of product/service-market fit.
  4. Establish new business connections through leads generated by self.
  5. Identify and meet potential clients and decision-makers within client organisations, and subsequently growing, maintaining and leveraging one's network.
  6. Understand clients' needs and requirements and be able to effectively handle their objections by having an innate understanding of the company's product offerings.
  7. Persistent follow-ups with business accounts until closure of sales cycle and take ownership of sales being closed.
  8. Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, and be aware of every business opportunity in a client organisation.
  9. Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets in accordance with strategic sales plan developed by the Sales Head.

SKILLS

  1. Impeccable command over written and spoken English.
  2. Experience in selling products/software would be preferable.
  3. A proven track record and enthusiasm in meeting and exceeding sales targets with a serious passion for Sales.
  4. Excellent presentation, persuasion, audience-handling and sales closing skills are a must.
  5. Ability to handle objections and problems presented by clients and convert them into solutions.
  6. Strong research skills to prospect and build on industry expertise to expand company acquisition and clients.
  7. Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to multitask, identify issues and prioritize deadlines and client needs.
  8. Be organised and methodical and possess the ability to manage high stake projects under pressure simultaneously.
  9. The desire to learn and constantly engage in self-development is a must.
  10. Ability to work in a high pressure environment and deliver results.
  11. Must possess computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of Sales CRM.

  1. Work with multiple stakeholders, clients and vendors to coordinate, execute and oversee all project management operations.
  2. Liaising between trainers and internal team to ensure the smooth functioning of scheduled projects and deliverables.
  3. Assigning the right trainer for the requirement on the basis of their experience and expertise.
  4. Ensuring the whole execution goes flawless and keeping a close eye on each project being serviced.
  5. Empanel new trainers on the basis of their expertise and passion of being a freelance trainer.

SKILLS

  1. Impeccable command over written and spoken English.
  2. Must possess the ability to converse, handle and operate with internal/external stakeholders, trainers, clients and vendors.
  3. Attention to detail, research and analysis oriented.
  4. Ability to train and upskill senior trainers and display industry based expertise.
  5. Must possess computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
